Notes

* There is no charge for attending either the Assembly or the yCMI/yAIDIM Seminar – both are free walk-in events, nor is there a need to register to attend either

** Early bird discount does not apply to either yCMI/yAIDIM nor to Accompanying persons – the former is already discounted, and the latter is at cost.

Unfortunately the tight budget of the seminar precludes any discount being available to Judges and Academics as has been done in the past for larger events.

CMI 2017 Genoa - Cancellation of Registration:

The CMI/AIDM have made commitments of non-refundable amounts for deposits, and advance payments to venues and vendors as part of the planning for Genoa, and we are ourselves subject to cancellation penalties in relation to catering and social event costs.

Delegates will however be permitted to cancel their registrations in writing by email sent to Laura Baldi l.baldi@studiobc.it until close of business (Italian time) Friday, 25 August 2017 - in which event a refund of event registration fees paid, less Euro 150 admin fee will be allowed. No refunds will be possible for cancellations, changes, or no shows after 25 August.
Please note that hotel reservations are subject to different cancellation rules as delegates have contracted direct with hotels.
